Emily Fitzgerald

I am in a position to oversee and support all officers and members of Zeta Omicron.  My main duty to is to see that our sisterhood is functioning well and to ensure the best experience for all members of the organization.  While my obligations are far reaching, I hope to be an open friend and role model to all my sisters.

 

 

Lizzie Chandler

My main roles are going to be running the GIN system by updating the chapter calendar, creating questions, uploading files and creating events. Additionally, I will monitor and update chapter bylaws and organize officer elections.  

 

Rebecca Solomon

As the COO, I shall promote nobler womanhood and the social, intellectual, and moral growth of chapter members. I am responsible for implementing a risk management program within the chapter, report to the CEO and communicate regularly with the operations advisor and/or advisory board chairman (ABC) for development issues and to the risk management advisor (or ABC, if applicable) for all other matters. I chair the Membership Development Committee, the Risk Management Committe, and the Operations Committee.

I am in charge of all of the technical aspects of recruitment and serve on ERB during recruitment. I am very excited to get started with formal recruitment and see all the lovely girls who think Theta!

 

Taylor McElduff

I create a budget every semester, revise the budget as needed, and write checks. Additionally, I bill members for their dues and other fees throughout the semester. I work closely with the other officers to make sure they stay within their budgets and have the correct funds for events on time.

 

 

 

Kelsey Ruddock

 My main job as CMO is to represent Theta in a positive way on this campus and to encourage our members to do the same. This is accomplished in all different types of communication, keeping alumni and parents updated on Theta events and hosting philanthropy events to promote and support CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates).

 I am here to support our New Member Director, Ritualist,and Scholarship Director in whatever ways I can. Whether it's greeting our newest members on bid day, helping maintain our ritual or informing the chapter about academic resources I am here to help our chapter members to truly become leading women.

Liz Miller

I am responsible for keeping track of the status of our chapter, active and inactive members. I will delegate the attendance to be taken by class and make sure that we have the designated number present to run the chapter meeting. I am also responsible for recording votes taken during chapter. I sit at the front during each chapter meeting, writing and compiling the minutes for that session. I am then responsible for filing the minutes away for our records. I also help maintaining contact with our sisters abroad throughout the semester.

My job includes writing and submitting applications on behalf of the chapter for Grand Convention, Wake Forest, and community awards.

 

 

Grace Pazienza

Chief Panhellenic Officer

The role of the CPO is to serve as the chapter delegate to the college Panhellenic council, attending meetings and serving on Panhellenic committees.I also encourage a spirit of fraternity/sorority cooperation and concern within the chapter by educating and by encouraging active fraternity/sorority life participation.

I preserve the chapter's history through the maintaining of the chapter scrapbook, organizing the composite pictures and combining awards/recognitions, etc. for the chapter's annual history.

 

 

Katie Balardi

I am in charge of starting the ritual aspects of chapter. Additionally, I coordinate the Loyalty Service, the Pledge Service, and Initiation. This position is very special because these rituals are part of the many things that bind us as sisters and I am very proud to be in charge of this aspect of my chapter.

Service & Philanthropy Director

I coordinate the chapter's main philanthropy event  and our chapter's service program. My job includes educating the chapter on volunteer opportunities,and other philanthropic events that involve other Greek organizations. I also plan our Day of Service event and help the chapter plan service projects.

I take care of the lounge and am the liaison between Theta and Residence Life and housing. I do rooming situations and help manage the halls.

Maggie Strouse

I get to plan all of our social events from booking venues to deciding themes. My job is essentially to provide space for our sisters to bond, and make memories that will last a lifetime.

I work with the CPO and the Wake Forest Panhellenic Council to increase involvement and a sense of community between Panhellenic Chapters, as well as helping coordinate intramurals.

I serve as the communication link between our college chapter and local alumnae. I plan for Founders Day and other activities.

I am responsible for transferring the blog posts from sisters into the blog. My position mostly revolves around the blog and making sure that posts are going up on a weekly basis, on Theta Thursdays! Another responsibility of my position is to produce the newsletter that is sent out once a semester! This newsletter serves to show what happened during the semester and detail the events of the semester to our current chapter and alumni and Kappa Alpha Theta headquarters as well!
